Commercial Real Estate Associate

RealtyMogul is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate for their Commercial Real Estate team to lead underwriting activities for deals on the platform. Must have experience in private equity real estate underwriting and processing commercial real estate transactions.

Skills

Proficient in Excel and financial modeling
Experience in analyzing investments and commercial real estate transactions
Knowledge of real estate asset classes and modeling tools like Argus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented and self-starter

Responsibilities

Lead underwriting and due diligence processes for real estate opportunities
Perform financial modeling and sensitivity analysis
Prepare analysis of opportunities for executive committee review
Collect and review due diligence materials
Represent the company in interactions with stakeholders

Benefits

Base salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 + bonus + stock options
