Lean Development Leader

Exciting opportunity for a Lean Development Leader to coordinate development of Lean training curriculum and Lean Operating System at Re:Build Manufacturing.

Skills

Strong experience with SharePoint and intranet content creation
Proficient in PowerPoint and video training creation/editing
Expertise in Lean/Continuous Improvement principles and six sigma methodology
BS or BA degree with experience in adult learning and facilitation
Proven ability in authoring articles and written communication
Experience with process documentation and data analytics
Fluency in English is required

Responsibilities

Create interactive training content for Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
Facilitate learning experiences and coach lean fundamentals
Manage Lean SharePoint for company-wide access and sharing
Track improvement metrics and facilitate application of lean fundamentals
Travel to sites as needed for training and improvement activities
Create and publish updates capturing learnings and best practices

Education

BS or BA degree
Six Sigma certification preferable
