Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a Product Manager - Technical with a visionary approach to lead our product development in the electric vehicle space. Reporting directly to the Head of Digital, you will focus on defining and building our digital customer experience. Working closely in partnership with the engineering, design, finance, commercial, and marketing teams, you will define and execute a multi-year product roadmap. You must be able to thrive and succeed in a fast-paced startup environment where your contributions have a direct impact on the company’s direction and success, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This is a high visibility, high impact role that will interact with all levels of leadership across Re:Car.
What you get to do:
· Define and execute product roadmaps focused on electric vehicle customer needs, ensuring our solutions are groundbreaking and at the forefront of innovation.
· Work backwards from the end state for customers to define product and design requirements.
· Own the development of detailed product requirements documents and work with engineering and design teams to deliver on the roadmap.
· Engage with customers, partners, and industry experts to gather insights and translate them into product features that enhance the customer experience.
· Advocate for agile and lean product development methodologies to accelerate time to market while maintaining a frugal approach to resource allocation.
· Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the team to iterate rapidly and learn from feedback.
What you bring to the team:
· 10 years of experience in software product management or related technical role.
· 5 years of experience building and shipping technical products.
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical and business concepts to diverse audiences.
· Experience managing large-scale technical products, with a track record for developing a vision, defining a strategy and building programs and features from the ground up.
· Experience with mobile app development on Android or iOS.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a passion for innovation in the electric vehicle space.
· Experience developing and delivering highly successful go-to-market (GTM) strategies for B2C solutions.
Base Salary Range: US-Wide $135,000 - $261,000
The stated pay scale reflects the range that Re:Car reasonably expects to pay for this position. The actual pay rate and pay grade for this position will be dependent on a variety of factors, including an applicant’s years of experience, unique skills and abilities, education, alignment with similar internal candidates, marketplace factors, other requirements for the position, and employer business practices. In addition to base pay, Re:Car also offers short-term and long-term incentive programs – 401k match, annual bonus and company equity, based on eligibility, along with a robust offering of benefit and wellness plans, HSA/FSA.
