Desktop Support Engineer

Skills

• 1-2 years experience in IT support/operations role
• High-level customer service orientation
• Experience managing and supporting Macs and PCs
• Knowledge of MDM tools such as Jamf, Kandji, etc
• Working knowledge of ticketing systems like Jira, Zendesk
• Basic network understanding
• Experience with O365, Google Workspace, Zoom Suite, Slack, etc
• Experience with IdP solutions such as Okta, Azure AD, etc

Responsibilities

• Assist in building out and refining zero-touch endpoint deployment strategy
• Configure internal ticketing system and define SLAs
• Set up and maintain integrations between various internal tools
• Create an intuitive and user-friendly technology environment
• Provide red-carpet support for end users
