Receptionist at Elemy

Elemy is looking for a driven, innovative Behavioral Health Receptionist who will work closely with stakeholders within Elemy and at Behavioral Intervention Specialists of Los Angeles (BISLA), Elemy’s Los Angeles-based affiliate, to support healthcare administration. This position is part time, in-person.

What You’ll Do:

• Check mail daily and forward to executive leadership
• Deposit checks
• Purchase supplies for the office
• Answer and forward calls and faxes
• Acquire information for new assessments related to new client inquiries and confirm availability with clinical supervisors
• Assist clinical supervisors in creating materials for school and home therapy sessions
• Create binders and boxes for new clients
• Track and process expenses and reimbursements for each month
• Send company-wide e-mails (e.g., holidays, birthdays, courtesy reminders to convert appointments twice a month)
• File staff, client, and general business materials
• Maintain presentable office setting
• Help with billing, submitting claims, or any other office duties that may be required from time to time

What You’ll Need:

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools preferred (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel)

• Minimum education: High School Diploma; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum experience: 1 year of similar duties to those listed in the job description

• Demand - Deliver top notch products and services to our growing number of families. You’ll work with families to understand pain points and optimize the patient journey from first contact to start of care to offboarding.
• Supply - Own and manage the relationship with our clinical practitioners. You are responsible for the growth of our clinician ecosystem by attracting, recruiting, and retaining high quality autism care providers.
• Platform - Build tools and provide services to optimize and improve the delivery of clinical care. You’ll help match the right provider with the right family, coordinate clinical care, and develop digital therapeutics products.
• Quality - Improve the quality of care delivered to our families. You’ll ensure that we provide strong clinical outcomes, develop training platforms to level up our providers, and maintain compliance with a variety of payor and regulatory requirements.
