Receptionist Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation: $13/hr
• Hours: Monday-Friday

Responsibilities

• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the time they are put on hold
• Take thorough messages, indicating the caller’s first and last name, company name, if applicable the time, and the message the caller wishes to leave
• Communicate messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner
• Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries
• Greet customers as they enter the showroom and direct them to the appropriate party
• Assign stock numbers to new vehicles and enter vehicle information into vehicle management system
• Upon arrival of vehicle, create vehicle jackets with a copy of the factory invoice and file the jacket
• Publish copies of new vehicle inventory for salespeople
• Assist General Sales Manager in preparation of co-op reimbursement from manufacturers
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must speak clearly on the telephone and convey an image of professionalism and competence to callers
• Must be able to convey messages to employees clearly and quickly
• Ability to work well with customers and employees

Physical Demands

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
