Receptionist

Akerman LLP, a top 100 U.S. law firm serving clients across the Americas, is seeking a Receptionist for our Miami office. This position will be in a professional law office environment and will be responsible for operating a multiple-line telephone system, greeting clients, vendors, and visitors, as well as assisting with administrative projects. The schedule will be 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday through Friday. Qualified candidates will have a thorough understanding of Microsoft Word and Outlook. In addition, candidates must possess excellent communication and organization skills, strong calendaring skills, and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. We require a High School diploma and a minimum of three (3) years related experience. Experience in a law firm setting is preferred, but not required.
