Job Description
Position Summary
This position supports High West Distillery & Saloon by delivering a welcoming experience and world class hospitality to all of our guests, both internal and external. This will be accomplished through an unwavering focus on hospitality, teamwork, communication and passion for High West.
Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and chat help on a digital phone interface and forwards calls to the appropriate personnel or department in a timely manner to ensure guest satisfaction. Answer questions about the organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information. Work with reception team to deliver world class hospitality while creating a 5-Star experience for all High West’s guests, internal customers and Park City locals.
  • Create and maintain a high-level of consistent, accurate, and timely communication of information regarding guests and reservations between all Hospitality & Operations workgroups.
  • Work with management staff to create and implement standard operating procedures at the Saloon to deliver a highly satisfied guest experience.
  • Sorts and distributes incoming mail; processes outgoing mail.
  • Orders supplies as directed.
  • Maintain High West Distillery & Saloon phone list.
  • Keeps common work areas organized (i.e. break area, locker room, office supply storage).
  • Performs other clerical duties as needed, including email writing letters, digital filing, and photocopying.
  • Assists with event coordination and communications (i.e., wellness events, promotional events).
  • Follow safe operating procedures, support safety programs and policies to safeguard personal safety, company property, environmental and team member’s safety.
  • Responsible for compliance with CBI sustainability policies and practices which are economically viable, socially acceptable and environmentally sound. This is done by supporting programs at each location for conservation, energy efficiency, and recycling, which are critical for our operations to achieve tangible environmental results.
  • Special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Approximately 1-3 years of hospitality and customer service background.
  • Ability to handle stressful customer interactions in a positive and pleasant manner.
  • Professional communication skills over the phone, via email, and face-to-face.
  • Be highly organized & detail oriented, with focus on follow through.
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently, and in collaboration with teams.
  • Ability to work efficiently with appropriate time management and prioritization ability.
  • Ability to work a mixed schedule of days, nights and weekends.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Desire for personal and professional growth.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
  • Works outdoors/indoors
  • Works in warm/cold climates
  • Works in high places
  • Works on wet surfaces
  • Is exposed to loud noise, fumes and/or toxic chemicals
  • Works near moving, mechanical parts and lift truck traffic
  • Must be able to move up to 55 lbs

The salary range for this role is:
$14.33 - $19.38
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
