Receptionist - Front Desk

The Receptionist - Information Desk is responsible for greeting and directing all patients, visitors
and staff upon entering or calling the hospital. Ensures that all visitors obtain a visitor pass
upon entering the lobby. The job duties are to assist indirectly in providing patient care by
ensuring a safe, healthful, pleasant environment. Tasks occasionally require internal
communication outside of the work group to exchange work-related information. Strong
customer service skills are required in order to effectively communicate with patients, visitors,
and staff.

Location: Columbia, MD

Full time Evening/ NIghts

Will work Evenings (2pm-10:30pm) and Nights (10pm-6:30am)

Must be able to work weekends

Minimum Requirements:

1. High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma is required.
2. One (1) year of customer service experience required.
3. An individual with this experience should be capable of performing the stated job duties
within three (3) months under minimal supervision.
