  • Excellent customer service skills

Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer issues via email, live chat, and phone
  • Maintain clear communication with both technical and non-technical users
  • Identify patterns and recommend improvements
  • Contribute to documentation and best practices
  • Assist in onboarding new customers

Education

  • Experience in technical customer support
  • 2+ years at a SaaS company preferred
