Responsibilities
Design and develop strategy to retain and grow top-tier merchants
Architect optimization plans with Sr Customer Success Managers
Propose and direct team-wide initiatives to improve success metrics
Track and measure KPIs tied to team performance
Mobilize team to deliver best-in-class experiences to their book of business
Train and develop Sr Customer Success team members
Communicate clearly to customers and stakeholders on Account Reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for strategy implementation
Report on merchant revenue, brand experience, and product feedback internally
Advocate for merchant portfolio needs
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
