Responsibilities

• Design and develop strategy to retain and grow top-tier merchants
• Architect optimization plans with Sr Customer Success Managers
• Propose and direct team-wide initiatives to improve success metrics
• Track and measure KPIs tied to team performance
• Mobilize team to deliver best-in-class experiences to their book of business
• Train and develop Sr Customer Success team members
• Communicate clearly to customers and stakeholders on Account Reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for strategy implementation
• Report on merchant revenue, brand experience, and product feedback internally
• Advocate for merchant portfolio needs

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
