Recieving Clerk - job 2 of 2

Job Functions:

Deliver and process ground packages.
Deliver consignments, misc. LTL.
Prepare and schedule LTL outbound packages/ shipments.
Provide incoming shipment report.
File paperwork.
Deliver next day air.
Corporate Express.
Process UPS outbound letters and packages.
Pick up UPS outbound from various areas.
Investigate all UPS issues.
Answer incoming receiving phone calls and address issues in a professional manner.
Receive all incoming paperwork and misc. PO’s.
Maintain vendor files/ receipts.
Maintain proper housekeeping.
Operate and maintain floor scrubber.
Assist in other areas/ departments as needed.
Self-motivated.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements/Qualifications:

High School diploma or general education degree (GED) or higher.
UPS Worldship/ Campus Ship knowledge.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

Forklift trained and certified (including electric pallet jack).
