Scope: We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical FP&A Manager to play a critical role in our financial planning and analysis function. You will be a key business partner to the CFO and CEO of RecordPoint, providing insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making. You will also partner with each function at RecordPoint to further our data-driven culture. Advanced proficiency in Excel is a must, and experience with PowerBI or other data visualization tools are a plus. A key part of the role is creating and maintaining dashboards across all functions at RecordPoint including finance, sales and marketing, operations and engineering to support data-driven decision-making and strategic planning. This is a high-impact role with significant growth potential in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You will do:• KPI Tracking and Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reporting to management• Strategic Analysis: Support strategic initiatives by providing financial analysis and modeling to evaluate potential investments and new business opportunities• Pricing Strategy: Conduct with the Product team market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing decisions. Salary ranges are a total On Target Earnings (OTE) number that is inclusive of a base salary and bonus component.
