RECOVERY RESEARCH

Overview

Our Recovery Research Analysts are responsible for reviewing bill and tenant information to ensure tenants are getting the correct charges and to recover vacant utility theft. They're also responsible for looking into charge disputes to determine why a resident didn't get services transferred into their name on time. Responsibilities

As a Recovery Research Analyst, you will:

• Audit vacant bills and compare them to rent roll data to identify vacant recovery
• Record and send clients a list of tenants without utilities in their name
• Double-check bills sent to tenants to resolve disputes

Qualifications

• Have advanced attention to detail
• Able to explain a complex idea, both verbally and in writing, using clear, professional language
• Comfortable using a computer, Google Drive, and Excel
• Can independently analyze and reason to understand and resolve issues
• Comfortable asking questions to further your understanding

Education

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
