Flo Recruit is looking for a Recruiter to join our rapidly growing startup based in Austin, Texas.

Build a high-quality pipeline of candidates across all departments

Partner with hiring managers advising on hiring strategies

Identify and assess a diverse candidate pool; managing candidates through the entire recruiting process

Implement impactful recruitment campaigns to attract and own Flo Recruit's competitive employer brand

Conduct thorough behavioral based interviews and video call screens to assess both technical and behavioral skills

Track candidate progress in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Focus on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity

Conduct interview training for employees who sit on interview panels

Drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion recruiting initiatives to expand the diverse talent pipeline

Own the creation and maintenance of job postings with input from relevant departments

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a solid focus on candidate required

3+ years of technical recruiting experience in the software industry is required

Experience with candidate applicant tracking software is a plus

Track record of achieving sourcing targets and pipeline quotas

Strong project management skills and comfortable with providing timely and clear reporting of progress, data, and roadblocks

Passion for innovation shown through creative recruiting strategies and continuous process improvement

Dynamic knowledge of external market factors affecting business areas and ability to identify new recruiting practices and trends and apply industry-leading hiring methodologies

As of May 2022, we have an East Austin office available to those who prefer to work in person. For employees seeking to work remotely, we ask them to join us in the office at least four times per month, with no longer than a 1 week gap in attendance. We also hold a required All Hands meeting once a month.
