LHH is seeking a highly motivated and talented Recruiter to join a dynamic and growing team. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent for the organization. This would be a long-term temporary position.

Responsibilities:
  • Full-cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
  • Sourcing and Attracting Talent: Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.) to identify and engage with potential candidates, ensuring a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit through interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the recruitment process.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance the organization's employer brand by promoting culture, values, and career opportunities through compelling job postings, social media presence, and other recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and recruitment technologies to optimize recruitment strategies and processes.

Pay: $25-$30 an hour
