We are now looking for a young and talented Recruiting Specialist, to be part of our People and Culture team, based in Milan.

• Sourcing, interviewing and closing top tech talent
• Writing beautiful job descriptions
• CV screening
• Talent attraction activities
• Definition of new recruiting strategies
• Dealing with the entire recruitment process and the different tools
• Welcoming during the onboarding process
• Promotion and support of Mia-Platform’s values and culture

• Humanist with strong soft skills;
• A freshly graduated in HR management;
• You are a great storyteller, with an ability to inspire and motivate people to join Mia-Platform;
• You’re comfortable owning the relationship with hiring managers; advising, influencing and challenging when needed;
• You care deeply about providing a fantastic candidate experience for everyone;
• You are a results-driven person with strong communication skills and proactivity;
• You are an ambitious and tech enthusiast;
