COPE Health Solutions is looking for a full-cycle Recruiter to maintain and improve our recruiting function. This individual must be a self-starter who comfortably manages a high volume of requisitions and works well independently. The Recruiter will report to the Director of People Experience (HR) to refine the long-term recruitment strategy for the firm’s growth.
The Recruiter will be responsible for successfully sourcing, recruiting and screening applicants for open positions across the firm. They will also support the development and execution of sourcing strategies that are results-oriented, measurable and focused on sustainability.

Position Description
-
Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process for multiple open positions, including developing position descriptions, posting positions, sourcing prospective candidates, screening and interviewing candidates, negotiating compensation packages and writing offer letters
- Develop a compelling recruitment strategy to hire according to projected staffing plans and increase recruiting efficiency

Maintain a campus recruitment plan that aligns with our values, culture, and projected hiring needs. Maintaining strong relationships with campus liaisons is a must

Support hiring managers and team members throughout the hiring process, through informational interviews, candidate debriefs and coaching through the candidate evaluation process

Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and interviewing teams to empower them to make informed hiring decisions; provide consistent coaching on an as-needed basis

Create and conduct interview training for all hiring managers and interviewers

Collaborate with hiring managers to tailor the recruitment process for unique roles

Use social media and company branding to attract the right candidates and build ongoing relationships

Develop internal and external messaging to communicate a competitive advantage to candidates within our industry

Ensure a positive and supportive candidate experience throughout the interview processes

Utilize and update reporting mechanisms, such as our candidate status report, time-to-fill, quality of hire, balanced scorecard and other metrics to ensure the recruitment function is running smoothly
- Collaborate with People Experience team members to propose new and creative ideas or solutions to barriers

Assist with the onboarding process as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred
-
2+ years of human resources experience, preferably in recruitment. Experience within healthcare is a plus.

Ability to understand business objectives and culture and translate these to hiring requirements

Must be able to take advantage of recruiting-related software, including Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing through internet resources and social media websites. Jobvite and LinkedIn experience is a plus

Familiarity with local, state and federal laws, and compliance within the recruitment process

Must have excellent communications skills, both written and verbal

Strong sense of urgency, ability to prioritize and excellent organizational skills

Ability to assess technical skills and to learn from hiring managers and current employees what an ideal candidate looks like

Ability and experience is job description creation and writing
