Recruiter

This posting is for an in-person position at our company headquarters at Industry City in Brooklyn, NY (1 block from D, R, N trains at 36th Street station).  Remote or work-from-home positions are not available.

The team at Fundraise Up is growing! We are looking for a recruiter to help us source, vet and hire the best talent for various in-house positions. Your work will have key impact on company future and success.

What you’ll accomplish

• Run ads and source talents on Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRequiter, etc
• Outreach to potential candidates using LinkedIn, email and phone
• Access applications against ideal candidate profile
• Schedule and conduct phone, video and on-site interviews
• Utilize CRM ( we use Level ) to move candidate though the hiring process

What you bring

• 1-2+ years in a recruiting role for B2B high growing tech company
• Have experience in sourcing high priority, complex roles in competitive hiring landscape
• Good interdepartmental relationships or willingness to build those relationships
• Excellent communication skills & dynamic telephone presence - No fear of the phones!
• Positive attitude and a drive to win
• Understanding of sourcing techniques and tools to identify, court and land talents.
