The Opportunity


Our Talent team is growing and we're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join us in our mission to help people get their best sleep. This role will report to the Manager of Talent and support all recruiters on the team with: resume review, late stage scheduling and rescheduling, systems use (Greenhouse, Goodtime, Crosschq) and more. This role will have the opportunity to move into sourcing and other HR coordination responsibilities as additional responsibilities as they advance. We are looking for this person to grow in this role for at least 2 years learning all things recruiting, HR and coordination related. We highly encourage curiosity and growth in this role and across Hatch. This person must be based in the United States or Canada. Hatch is based out of California, so this role would be asked to be available during PST/PDT hours.


What You’ll Do


Within 3 Months:

  • Become fully ramped on systems use: Greenhouse, Goodtime, Crosschq, slack and more
  • Become fully responsible for all scheduling and reschedules across the organization
  • Begin working with specific recruiters to understand their roles and how we might identify folks via resume review


Within 6 Months:

  • Work with all recruiters across all roles on resume review to progress roles forward
  • Have a solid understanding of departments across Hatch
  • Become introduced to sourcing strategies and boolean searches strategiesStart to be introduced to additional HR coordination responsibilities to help the People/Talent team 


After 1 Year:

  • Begin to add sourcing to your toolkit to support hard to fill roles
  • Own all late stage scheduling across the recruiting team
  • Continue to grow your knowledge base around recruiting/hr in general and of the company and its operations at large
