About the Role

As an experienced Recruiting Coordinator reporting to our Director, Talent Acquisition, you will be working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing start up where you will be relied on for your expertise, professionalism, and collaboration. This role is a hybrid position (2-3 days) and is based out of our New York HQ.

As the Recruiting Coordinator you will work directly with internal and external partners to facilitate an efficient hiring process and provide an excellent candidate experience. You will develop a deep understanding of corporate and clinical full cycle recruiting process and have the opportunity to take on more project based work and assignments.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to move candidates through the interview process
  • Schedule candidate interviews, travel, and logistics in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage the candidate experience that inspires the best talent to work at Kindbody
  • Partner closely with the recruiters, people operations and finance on candidate offer process
  • Manage Greenhouse reporting and analytics
  • Manage background and reference checks through 3rd party platforms
  • Recommend and improve recruiting processes from the ground up (e.g. tracking candidate data, interview training and offer process)
  • Assist in planning external recruiting events (conference and hiring events etc.)

Who You Are

  • A minimum of 1 years in a recruiting coordination or similar position
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high emphasis on customer service
  • Extremely organized, strong project management skills are a must
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize multiple requests
  • High level of accountability, proven track record of taking ownership and solving problems
  • Strong communication/interpersonal skills; able to successfully build cross-functional relationships
  • Team player and collaborator
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, with the ability to flex into responsibilities outside of role to support business growth
  • Willingness to work on weekends

Perks and Benefits

Hourly pay range for this position: $21.63 - $24.03 depending on years of experience.
