Recruiting Operations Analyst

Clear Street is building modern infrastructure for capital markets. Outdated technology makes markets difficult and expensive to access. We're fixing that.

We started with prime brokerage, in an industry that has struggled to see any real innovation in decades. Our cloud-native, prime brokerage platform has redefined what it means to work with a prime broker - improving access, speed, and service to our clients.

We want to continue that change across all capital markets. Today, we offer institutions, professional traders, and brokers everything they need to trade U.S. equities and options. In the future, our platform will give all types of investors access to every major product in every major market.

The Team:

As a Recruiting Operations Analyst, you will work closely with the Recruiting Operations Manager to own day-to-day talent operations and support key initiatives for the department. You will have the opportunity to set up and manage systems and processes to help sustain Clear Street's growth.

You Will:

  • Schedule a high volume of complex interviews across several departments in the organization.
  • Manage candidate pipeline by tracking candidate status through our ATS (Greenhouse) to ensure a positive interview experience.
  • Maintain candidate data, ensuring it is up to date, thorough, and accessible when needed.
  • Research best practices and manage projects to consistently find ways to improve our processes and programs.
  • Assist the Recruiting Operations Manager and Chief People Officer with initiatives and ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

  • You have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage your time efficiently.
  • An interest in growing your career in people/talent operations
  • You have strong planning and problem-solving skills as well as exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • You consistently show attention to detail and are highly organized
  • You take initiative to improve processes and are able to utilize technology to find ways to maximize efficiency

Bonus Points:

  • You have a strong data analytics background and are proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Prior administrative or recruiting coordination experience in a fast paced environment
  • You are familiar with Recruiting tools and technologies such as Greenhouse, Gem and/or LinkedIn Recruiter
  • You have an interest in finance and/or technology.
