Job description Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment and hiring process starting from strategizing the recruitment process to meet the deadline given or within Service Level Agreement (SLA) Develop and adopt the most effective recruitment strategy to source and attract qualified candidates. Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation To work with professional networking sites, search firms and online job portals to identify and source candidates Performing additional HR recruitment administrative functions.
