POSITION SUMMARY:

The Recruitment Coordinator reports directly to the Director of Recruitment and is a key individual responsible for cultivating the relationship between both internal and external entities and the Recruitment Team at DHR Health. The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for the development/implementation of various programs and events designed to enhance the hiring capabilities specifically related to DHR Health. This also includes posting positions on various platforms and websites in order to promote positions to a wider audience. Additionally, this position will assist in the evaluation, communication and development of integrated plans for the growth and development of the Recruitment Team in regards to process improvement. The Recruitment Coordinator has close day-to-day interaction with and reporting responsibility to the various internal Departments assisting with the follow through of proposed programs and events.


The Recruitment Coordinator supports the Department Directors by creating and implementing events and used to attract outside candidates to vacant positions within the organization and then assists in creating a talent pipeline for candidates to be considered for future positions. The Recruitment Coordinator is also responsible for providing leadership in the coordination of program and event activities and the resolution to any issues that may arise during the course of the program’s or event’s duration. The Recruitment Coordinator works in concert with the Department Directors, Recruitment Director and Recruiters to assist in the planning, implementation and evaluation of programs and events. The Recruitment Coordinator also assigns meetings as needed to ensure the success of the programs and events between Departments and any other affiliations established with DHR Health.


POSITION EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School/GED required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University required.
  • Master’s Degree from an accredited University preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of organizational structure, problem-solving and critical decision-making skills.
  • Computer skills required with knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Some evening or weekend work will be required
  • Bilingual – English/Spanish.

:

  • Requires ability to effective interface with a variety of people and be flexible to changing work priorities and work well under stressful situations.
  • Requires excellent written and oral communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Requires excellent interpersonal skills with families in crisis.
  • Knowledge of State, Federal, and Joint Commission regulations.


POSITION RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Promotes the facility mission, vision and values by effectively communicating them to others. Considers mission, vision and values in developing services, standards and practices.
  • Prepares and updates forms, brochures, publication and other informational materials used by students, educators and other interested individuals.
  • Maintains records and prepares reports and correspondence related to the work.
  • Design, develop, author and implement engaging assessment materials.
  • Coordinate with internal departments on events
  • Facilitate communication between the Recruitment Department and other Departments within the organization to complete projects.
  • Build relationships with outside agencies in regards to hiring needs of the organization.
  • Assess effectiveness of training in terms of employee accomplishments and performance.
  • Other duties as assigned.
