Employees understand their individual roles in serving our customers, and this clarity of purpose encourages high job performance.Position Overview:The Partner Alliance Manager is responsible for adding value to Rectangle Health by developing, growing & maintaining an existing partner pipeline to grow opportunities that align with Direct Sales. The Partner Alliance Manager must ensure that relationships with partners must remain well managed and mutually beneficial to both companies. The main objective of a Partner Alliance Manager is to increase long-term revenue as well as the performance of the company. This position will focus on our Strategic Alliance Referral partners.For Full-Time Employees we offer:• Competitive health, dental, and vision benefits• Guardian Hospital Indemnity coverage• Life & LTD• 401(k) matching up to 3%Primary Job Duties:• Efficiently manages a continuous pipeline of existing partner opportunities to align with company’s strategy• Collaborate with sales, marketing and product to maximize the potential of partnership• Expand existing relationships to include full Rectangle Health platform products• Responsible for revenue growth, facilitating product discussions and prioritizing improvements and feedback into the partner development roadmap• Works with Marketing to create brand awareness and facilitates the communication of product expansion and value to partners (Product demos, Stewardship Meetings, QBRs, etc.)• Work cross-functionally to support effective relationships management with all stakeholders and partners and ensures end user satisfaction on administration, onboarding, and operational workflowsMinimum qualifications:• BA/BS Degree• 3 plus years’ experience in a SaaS strategic alliances or partnerships• SaaS Experience within the Healthcare education, fintech or complianceThe successful candidate will possess a proven track record of delivering results, ideally focused on Fintech markets.
