We are looking for a Content Director to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. This role is an exciting opportunity as we recently launched a new brand and are looking for a creative leader to drive our content strategy forward. The Content Director will lead a talented team of content writers, social media specialists, and creative writers, overseeing all aspects of content creation and storytelling.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Inspire: Manage and mentor a team of content writers, social media professionals, and creative writers, ensuring alignment with the brand’s messaging and tone.
  • Creative Excellence: Produce high-quality, creative content that engages audiences across all platforms—internally and externally—while reflecting the company’s vision and messaging.
  • Content Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that support business goals, from awareness to conversion, working closely with the product marketing and product teams.
  • Content Calendar Ownership: Own and manage the content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of strategic content that aligns with business objectives and audience needs.
  • Multiple Content Formats: Develop and oversee a variety of content formats including long-form content, case studies, videos, blogs, and newsletters, tailored to engage diverse audiences.
  • Run Blogs and Newsletters: Oversee the creation, strategy, and distribution of the company blog and newsletters, ensuring content is consistent, engaging, and reflective of the brand’s goals.
  • Advocacy Programs & Customer Stories: Build advocacy programs and develop compelling customer stories to share externally, enhancing brand credibility and customer engagement.
  • Content Ownership: Oversee all content across the website, ensuring it aligns with our new brand, drives engagement, and delivers value.
  • Demand Generation Support: Create thought leadership content programs, including research reports, eBooks, and tier 1 content, in collaboration with the demand generation team.
  • Survey & Research Creation: Develop surveys and leverage insights to create data-driven content that resonates with our audience and enhances our positioning as a thought leader in the industry.
  • Collaborative Storytelling: Partner with product marketing and product teams to turn product updates into compelling stories that connect with our audience.
  • Meet Deadlines: Ensure all content projects are completed on time by creating efficient workflows and tracking progress. A strong ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is essential.


Qualifications
  • 8+ years of content creation and management experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Supreme creative writing skills, with the ability to adapt to and elevate the brand’s voice and messaging.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills, capable of leading a diverse team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience working on thought leadership content, surveys, and customer advocacy programs.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, especially with product and product marketing teams.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and deadlines, ensuring content is delivered on time and at the highest quality.
  • Experience developing multiple content formats such as long-form content, case studies, videos, blogs, and more.
  • Experience overseeing blogs and newsletters with a focus on growing engagement and readership.
  • Ownership of content calendars and strategic planning to ensure consistent content flow.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with an eye for creative opportunities and innovative content strategies.
