We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team in Red Wing, United States. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facility's equipment and systems through regular maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.

• Perform routine inspections of machinery, equipment, and systems to ensure optimal performance
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues in a timely manner
• Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend equipment life
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and breakdowns
• Install, modify, and upgrade equipment and systems as needed
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures while performing maintenance tasks
• Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance schedules
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards

• High school diploma or equivalent required
•  2nd Class B MN State Boiler's License (obtained or willing to obtain)
• Prefer 3 years of experience, minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field
• Valid driver's license
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Proficiency in using various hand and power tools
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
• Basic computer skills for maintenance management systems
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in industrial settings
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in various positions (standing, kneeling, climbing)
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations as needed
• Relevant technical certifications (e.g., Boiler operations, HVAC, electrical, plumbing) preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Good communication skills to interact with team members and other departments
