Tebra has built a very strong and supportive DEI program and policy to encourage representation and participation of diverse groups of people. We offer 3 training series for employees. During onboarding, our Our People session covers how to model inclusive behaviors and how to create spaces of psychological safety. Our recruiters and managers complete a Recruiting & Hiring DEI training which covers implicit bias within hiring and interviewing, structured interviewing, and inclusive hiring practices. And lastly we offer Advancing DEI B, a training that covers implicit bias, intersectionality, embracing diversity and inclusion, and micro-aggressions during our manager enablement program. Our strategy to hire and retain diverse talent includes training, structured interviewing, diverse interview panels, equitable talent reviews, and employee resource groups. These ERGs include: SHE (Supporting Human Equity), AHA (Asian Heritage Advocacy), Noir (Black employee resource group), Pride (LGBTQIA employee resource group), Poder Latino (Latinx employee resource group), BRIGHT (employee resource group for people with disabilities).
