About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and committed App Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to drive the growth of Redcare’s mobile app. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to increase app user acquisition, app engagement, and app retention across multiple countries. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our app's presence and performance in the market.

About your tasks:

  • Paid Media Campaign Management: You manage, analyse and optimize paid media app campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok or DSPs to reach business goals like increasing new and retain app users
  • App Store Optimization: You enhance the app's store presence by e.g. optimizing visuals and descriptions to fully leverage organic traffic potential
  • Tracking and Routing: Together with your IT colleagues you implement app tracking and routing mechanisms (with MMPs) to analyse and optimize app marketing user journeys across different digital marketing channels
  • Growth Initiatives: You identify growth opportunities through app marketing tests for the Redcare app and create targeted initiatives to attract new users and engage them effectively
  • Crossfunctional Collaboration: You work closely with the IT and other marketing teams to share app marketing expertise and organize the IT requirement management for new app marketing features

Qualifications

About you:

  • Experience: You have min. 2 years of professional experience in app marketing, with a track record of driving user acquisition and engagement
  • Technical Skills: You have hands-on experience with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, and DSPs and are familiar with Mobile Measurement Partners like Adjust or AppsFlyer. Ideally, you are also familiar in App Store Optimization
  • Testing mindset: You have the skillset to evaluate and execute tests to discover new app marketing growth opportunities
  • Autonomous and Collaborative Work Style: You work independently with a high level of organization and with a proactive and self-motivated work ethic. You find pleasure in teaching and sharing app marketing knowledge to other departments and like to work in cross functional teams
  • Language Proficiency: You are fluent in English and also have German skills
  • Flexibility: You can work remotely a lot if you like, but are able to meet in the Berlin office at least once a month
