Product Adoption Strategy & Operations Lead
Reddit is seeking a Senior Product Adoption Strategy & Operations Lead to drive success through analytical insights and cross-functional planning within the Sales organization and Product Adoption specialist team.

Responsibilities
- Manage priority product adoption programs end-to-end
- Conduct target client analysis by ideal customer profile
- Set product adoption goals by sales channel
- Track product adoption progress and outcomes
- Provide insights to senior leadership
- Advocate for technical tooling support
- Assist in synthesizing adoption learnings
- Collaborate with Enablement team
- Propose and plan incentives for advertisers
- Conduct data analysis for business planning
- Support integrated cross-functional planning
Education
