Senior Manager, Scaled Community Success

Reddit is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to lead the Scaled Support team, ensuring satisfaction, engagement, and retention of our global community members at scale.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategy for scaled community support

Manage costs and optimize spend across multiple resource areas
