Responsibilities
Inspire, educate, and influence people leaders to execute People & Culture programs
Develop trusted relationships with people leaders and employees based on company values
Connect work to business strategies and objectives
Provide meaningful insight and guidance based on workforce trends and data
Manage employee relations cases and investigations
Advocate for Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging initiatives
Collaborate with peers to build and implement company programs
Partner with Recruiting team for hiring needs and headcount planning
Education
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
