Staff Community Manager, Strategic Response
Reddit is looking for a Staff Community Manager, Strategic Response to represent and anticipate the core interests and needs of communities on the platform, with a focus on underrepresented communities.

Responsibilities
- Inform and shape community and business policy development process and initiatives based on community needs
- Manage high profile decisions impacting the Reddit community
- Proactively identify and assess potential risks and drive cross-functional implementation
- Ensure platform and business decisions are free from biases and do not disadvantage underrepresented communities
- Listen to community needs, distill learnings into actionable insights, and facilitate sensitive discussions
- Serve as an external ambassador for Reddit, build partnerships and alliances
