Inform and shape community and business policy development process and initiatives based on community needs
Manage high profile decisions impacting the Reddit community
Proactively identify and assess potential risks and drive cross-functional implementation
Ensure platform and business decisions are free from biases and do not disadvantage underrepresented communities
Listen to community needs, distill learnings into actionable insights, and facilitate sensitive discussions
Serve as an external ambassador for Reddit, build partnerships and alliances
