Training Specialist, Safety Enforcement
Reddit is looking for a Training Specialist to join their Anti-Evil team within Safety Enforcement, responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy environment for users through content moderation.
Skills
- Experience in trust and safety or content moderation environments
- Training program management experience
- Innovative and self-directed
- Strong interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Become an expert in Reddit Content Policy and enforcement rules
- Build and curate training experiences for policy enforcement agents
- Leverage data insights to identify training needs
- Create training plans using various learning methodologies
- Support new agent onboarding and policy enforcement training
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Contribute to continuous improvement of training practices
