Trust & Safety Policy, Ads Policy Specialist

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and proactive Advertising Policy Specialist to join our growing Ads Policy team. The Ads Policy (AP) team develops strategic advertising policies in support of Reddit’s growing business and ensures that policy enforcement is consistent and scalable. This cross-functional position reports to our Head of Ads Policy, and will be responsible for responding to most of the policy questions and escalations coming from the sales team, and delivering policy training to sales teams and partners.  

What You’ll Do:

• Respond to policy violation escalations from sales and ops teams.
• Develop and deliver ads policy training.
• Support the team in various efforts to improve visibility and scalability of ads policy resources, such as localization and internal and external publication of new policies and policy changes.
• In collaboration with the team, identify enforcement opportunities and implement improvements with view to scalability. 
• In collaboration with the team, gather, analyze and provide insights based on questions and escalations received from sales.  

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ year of policy enforcement or related experience
• Experience with an operational role such as handling queue-based requests or reviewing content within Trust & Safety, Legal or similar
• Willingness & capability to focus on operational queue work and administrative program facets
• Experience delivering training to partners/stakeholders
• Critical thinker who can thoughtfully apply policy guidance to a variety of circumstances
• Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work and make decisions independently
