Position Description
Redhorse Corporation has an immediate need for a Management Analyst to work on a task with the Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE). The Management Analyst I will perform a variety of support functions for the Financial Assistance Office (FAO) in Golden, CO.
Positions Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Assist with closeouts of RFI/NOI/FOA and maintain FOA Closeout Tracking Spreadsheet:
- Search for missing documents.
- Prepare closeout packages for Contracting Officer (CO) review and approval.
- Maintenance includes notating, tracking, reporting missing or unsigned documents, and combining like documents.
- Analyzing quarterly SF-425 submissions and maintain quarterly SF425 tracker:
- Analysis including identifying missing or incorrect reports, notifying the GMS/CO of discrepancies or positive cash on hand that needs to be investigated/addressed.
- Maintenance including notating analysis in tracking spreadsheet.
- Monitoring the FAO Closeout Mailbox.
- Database entry, assisting with reconciliations, and updating entries.
- Setting-up new award files.
- Managing and tracking the network drive cleanup.
- Renaming award files for consistency and accuracy.
- Working with departments to identify files that can be archived and/or removed.
- Monitoring mailboxes, pulling reports and processing those reports.
- Drafting correspondence for GMS/CO review of different types.
- Assist with award closeout to include tracking, reporting, coordinating with FAO and program, drafting correspondence.
- Assist with award administration by tracking, reporting, drafting, preparing correspondence and simple modifications.
- Assist with invoicing to include logging and updating to track and verify cumulative cost category amounts.
- Update database/tracker to add property/equipment acquired with federal funds, value, UCC information, disposition information at end of award.
- Provide back up as appropriate to other contractor staff.
Minimum Basic Requirements for Skills, Experience, and Credentials include:- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred) Four (4) years of experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree
- Five (5) years of relevant and directly related experience. Master’s Degree may be substituted for two (2) years of experience
- Experience working with office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and file sharing applications
- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to write clear, concise, and grammatically correct communications
