Being a Branch Service Manager starts by building relationships that are founded on people, cooperation, service and trust – and it is fundamental in how we distinguish ourselves in the financial services industry. As the face of the organization, you serve a critical role by providing exceptional service to all credit union and community members, volunteers, employees, and service providers.

As the Branch Service Manager, the ideal candidate also has:
A combination of education and experience equivalent to an Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or closely related field
4+ years financial services, operations and sales experience
2+ years in a supervisory role or capacity
Ability to obtain and maintain registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry in compliance with the requirements of Federal Law
Compensation: Base starting range: $83,824 to $110,439 annually commensurate with experience. (This position is also eligible for a 15% Geographic Differential)
Our base salary starting range is based on scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, and internal peer equity.
