What you'll do

You will report to the Senior Manager to contribute toward Singleview reference data configurations to determine and drive E2E functionality
Perform release testing; interface with end-user to define requirements and complete technical documentation
Help with detail architectural designs for software solutions and provide guidance on complex software development assignments
Understand the data model, relationships, and the purpose of each element in the data model to ensure the right data is considered and gathered accordingly
Make recommendations to get customer reference data as early as possible
Partner with the customer to obtain customer reference data and track the completeness of customer reference data, following-up with the relevant party to ensure the pending reference data is received
Determine the ref data requirement of each team within the program delivery and coordinate the loading of ref data to ensure each environment contains the relevant ref data, ensuring relevant approval is got in each case
Resolve ref data escalation issues with the relevant parties
Support data migration where there is new reference data uncovered
Ensure the reference data in an environment is traceable and auditable
Knowledgeable in Singleview functionality and how reference data configurations can determine and drive functionality
Travel up to 5% domestic and international

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience
Proficiency in English in a business environment
Experience with Singleview and Telecommunications industry including OSS and BSS
5 years of of programming or software development experience with C, C++, Perl, Java, SQL, or XML
Experience with middleware technologies and relational database architectures with UNIX, Oracle and Windows

Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.

$84,739.05-$135,582.48

This role is eligible for a bonus opportunity.
