ChampionX has an immediate need for a Regional Inventory Specialist for PCS Ferguson located in Odessa, TX with the option to work remotely. Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver's license in state of residence required.
Up to three years of inventory control or buying experience.
Strong math skills – Ability to develop and apply mathematical thinking in order to solve a range of problems in everyday situations. Involves basic arithmetic and numerical concepts and uses measurements and standard tools and formulas to calculate data, such as, discounts, interest, proportions and averages.
Excellent oral and written communication skills - Expresses thoughts clearly, both orally and in writing, using good grammar. Listens to understand input, feedback and concerns. Provides complete information in an open, honest and straightforward manner. Responds promptly and positively to questions and requests.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in group problem solving situations; Uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics.

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite and inventory control tools - Picks up on technical things quickly; can learn new skills and knowledge is good at learning new industry, company, product, or technical knowledge; does well in technical courses and seminars.
Physical Demands:
Role is deemed safety sensitive and may be subject to employer or customer drug testing.
Must stand for extended periods of time (8-10 hour work days / 5-6 days a week while wearing steel toed shoes/boots on concrete floors.
The employee is frequently required to use hands and fingers to pick, feel, and/or inspect material. The employee will also reach with arms and hands as needed.
Requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand with arm, two hands) and multi-limb coordination for repetitive motion.
Must grasp, manipulate, or assemble parts and components that range from very small to large objects. Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination is needed.
Must frequently walk, push, and pull; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, twist or crawl.
Must be able to easily and regularly lift and/or move, pull, or push up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
