Nextiva is seeking a Regional Partner Manager in Austin, Texas to join our organization. The primary function of a Regional Partner Manager at Nextiva is to build trust and drive sustainable partner relationships with our top transacting partners, both existing and new. This level of intimate management enables us to help our partners grow by working with them on business planning for the short and long term.

The Regional Partner Manager works with their partners to actively co-sell on Nextiva value (demo / competitive positioning) They help the partner grow by effectively leveraging internal resources and utilizing a data driven approach to drive business outcomes. They are responsible for managing all aspects of the Nextiva experience with Partners and are goaled on revenue growth and other important metrics for those assigned relationships.

The Regional Partner Manager will be well versed in the hosted communication, contact center, and collaboration market and will be fluent in their understanding of the company's portfolio of solutions and services, to help position managed partners to WIN WITH NEXTIVA.

The Regional Partner Manager must exhibit several key abilities, including, but not limited to: background selling solutions-based technology solutions (preferably in the hosted VoIP space and Ccaas), effective channel recruitment strategies, conducting virtual and in-person sales calls, and have a proven experience of the through-partner sales motion (economics, scale, GTM, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage an assigned set of Nextiva Channel Partners or Master Agents to effectively sell the company's products or services to new and current accounts
  • Grow the sales of Partners from existing base and expand our reach with new partners
  • Build a business plan with each partner detailing mutually agreed upon partnership expectations, including how to promote Nextiva products and services to accelerate time to transaction
  • Facilitate our partners success through effective management and support of their preferred sales motion; Partner-Led, Co-Selling and Agent Referral
  • Establish expectations accordingly for the partner role and how Nextiva will support
  • Work closely with Inside Partner Managers, Product Development/Marketing, Sales Engineering, Training, Direct Sales, and Product teams to ensure all territory support are outlined to drive maximum revenue
  • Ensure weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts are on track to meet and exceed territory revenue targets set in the quarterly sales objective
  • Ownership of partner management meeting cadence, delivering effective relationship management RoB's (rhythm of business) connections which ensure partnership alignment and if necessary, opportunities to pivot, which will ensure a positive partner experience
  • Identifies and resolves channel partner issues/problems by providing appropriate resources and/or materials to address problem/issue

Qualifications

  • Organizational skill to prioritize, follow-up, and meet deadlines Proven experience driving jointly developed demand-gen activities
  • Demonstrated track record of managing and growing a territory of existing and new partners
  • Proven success in driving partner business growth through effective business planning and jointly developed demand-gen activities
  • Maintain and manage a robust sales funnel, which ensures meeting or exceeding revenue expectations
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and channel development plan focused on growing and expanding partner base
  • Highly skilled at attracting, training, coaching, motivating, and retaining a successful group of channel partners
  • Ability to identify and prioritize opportunities and accurately forecast commitments
  • Ability to communicate effectively and present to all organizational levels in small and large groups
  • UCaaS/SaaS/CcaaS Product Portfolio and market knowledge
  • Intermediate understanding of company financial measures, telecommunications industry, and indirect sales model
  • Quickly establish internal and external productive working relationships and promote effective teamwork
  • Successful sales experience with Channel go-to-market motions including Partner Led, Co-Selling and Agent Referrals

Travel: approximately 50%

Compensation, Rewards & Benefits:

The salary or hourly wage offered by Nextiva to external candidates considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skills sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications, etc. Our compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. For this sales role, our estimate of the expected hiring range for the position as posted is $170,000 - $240,000; this includes annualized base salary and annualized target sales incentive. Some sales roles are paid on an hourly basis and eligible for overtime. A different level in the job hierarchy apply to a specific candidate resulting in a different hiring range.
