We are looking for a Regional Sales Director to join our team. You will use your extensive sales and leadership experience to lead, coach and mentor a team of Strategic Account Executives selling Mark43's public safety solutions to mid-market and enterprise government agencies. As a Regional Sales Director, you will play a key role in developing new business and navigating complex sales cycles in our western United States territory.

We're looking for an experienced public safety sales leader with 15+ years of professional experience selling technical solutions. Previous experience selling to Public Safety customers is required. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the complex state and local government sales cycles and the variety of applicable contract vehicles used for purchasing new technologies. Experience leading a team with successful quota attainment is required.

The Regional Sales Director will work out of their home office and should be located in the western United States. Travel up to 75% should be expected.
We feel passionately about equal pay for equal work, and transparency in compensation is one vehicle to achieve that. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a target base annual salary range of $160,000-$220,000, plus commission opportunity, company stock options, and a full benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and a 401k with a company match. Please note that the higher end of this range will be reserved for candidates with appropriate experience who reside in high cost of living areas.
