The Role
We are looking for a Regional Vice President of Enterprise Sales who is a seasoned practitioner of value selling and a proven coach for rising sales reps. You will play a critical role in scaling our sales team and processes, while providing day-to-day guidance to your sales reps to win as a team.

Day-to-Day
- Hire, coach, and motivate a high performing sales team
- Train sales reps on value selling through developing a keen business acumen to unearth customers' pain points
- Enable sales reps to effectively articulate CodeSignal's value proposition to prospective customers through a strong command of message
- Help sales reps understand and nurture their deals using the MEDDIC methodology and a well-structured sales process
- Manage weekly deal review meetings with sales reps and provide reliable forecasts to Executive and Revenue Ops team members
- Provide practical guidance to sales reps as they navigate complex deals through legal negotiations, procurement processes, and security reviews
Qualifications
- At least 5 years experience
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team to deliver results
- Sales management experience at a SaaS company
- Experience selling software to enterprise clients using the MEDDPICC sales methodology
- Past experience generating, developing, and closing new enterprise deals
- Extensive experience using Salesforce, including creating and modifying reports
- Grit, growth mindset, and a positive attitude
- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills and business acumen
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
