Regional Vice President of Sales (Remote)

Funnel is looking for a high energy RVP that has a proven track record in the Multifamily real estate industry, demonstrated by consistent quota attainment, sharpened sales acumen, and the kind of multifamily relationships that come from providing solutions to the problems that we all know that our multifamily friends face today.

What we expect in this role:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospect through closed-won, within your designated territory
  • Lead presentations remotely and in person to clearly convey our products, services, and value proposition
  • Follow up with all clients and prospects in a timely manner and communicate effectively through all phases to close deals consistently
  • Excellent written communication and follow-up skills, with the ability to speak clearly, concisely, and confidently
  • Leverage a consultative value based sales approach with decision makers and the C-Suite
  • Strategize with the Solutions Engineer/Architecture team to close deals
  • Document sales details, pipeline and forecast in Salesforce
  • Excellent cross-functional skills to leverage horizontal support structures to great effect

You'll impress us if you have:

  • Ideal candidate would have 10+ years of multifamily sales experience
  • Prior track record of consistently outperforming your peers and standing out
  • Knowledge and connections to key industry players
  • Charisma and contagious positive energy that is validated by your industry peers
  • Just a generally, good human: the type of person that draws people to them and that others want to be around
