Identifying and researching potential customers
Connecting with key accounts via phone, email, and social media
Responsible for 50+ calls/day and other KPIs
Guiding potential customers through the evaluation journey
Scheduling and hosting meetings with potential customers
Managing and updating CRM for opportunity progression
Providing insights on Top of Funnel process
Education
Bachelor’s degree required
Formal business development training is a plus
