Rehab Services Clinical Coordinator

The Rehab CLinical Coordinator will work with the Rehab Manager and interdisciplinary post-acute rehab team for program development, training, education, clinical and administrative managment, outcomes, and preformance reporting. They will work on compliance tracking, workflow development, staffing/scheduling, and patient treatment.
