ReInvest Program Overview
Spend 11 weeks in a paid returnship program with a cohort of your peers
Be assigned meaningful project work in an area of interest and your expertise
Participate in development workshops and training sessions designed to support your career re-entry
Have regular check-ins with a mentor who can advise and guide you
Be considered for a full-time opportunity once the program is over
ReInvest Program Qualifications
You have been on a career break for two or more years and are interested in getting back to full-time work
You have 3-5 years' previous professional work experience, at a minimum
You are within commuting distance to our Nashville office
You are a person of integrity, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Who You’ll Work With
The Institutional Coordinator will sit within the IIM Business Ops and Client Service Organization and support key areas of Institutional Sales and Client Service. This role partners with Institutional Advisors and Client Service professionals to develop and distribute marketing and presentation content, manage meeting preparation and coordination, maintain oversight of CRM (Salesforce) data and support a range of projects to deliver outcomes on behalf of the firm’s largest clients and prospects. To be successful across all aspects of the role, the Coordinator must be well organized, have strong attention to detail, and build relationships with a range of stakeholders both internal and external.
What You’ll Do
Maintain CRM (Salesforce) data to a high quality for 3-5 Institutional Sales teams with a specific focus on Meeting and Activity Logs, Opportunity (Sales Cycle) Updates, Contact Details, Consultant Relationships, Key Internal Business Partners, Product Interest, and Client Deliverables
Arrange and participate in periodic portfolio updates with North America based clients, working closely with AB investment professionals as needed
Partner with Client Service Professionals, Sales Advisors, Business Development and Portfolio Managers to customize and refine Client Servicing and Prospecting presentations
Work with Sales & Service Leadership on client plans, business-at-risk or other client reports/info
Coordinate Strategic Marketing efforts for 3-5 Institutional Sales teams
Execute on logistics for on-site events (e.g. Room bookings, printed materials, coordinating facilities, AV services, etc.)
Proactively maintain a strong working knowledge of AB products and investment processes
Support Client Service partners with regular and ad-hoc client queries
What We’re Looking For
A Bachelor’s degree
The desire to join fast-paced Asset Management Sales organization
A track record of outstanding performance and achievement
A belief that client is first and the ability to influence and lead others to prioritize in that way
The ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
Exemplary relationship building skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize
An analytical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
Fluency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel; experience with Salesforce.com a plus
