The hourly rate for this position is $19 - $23 dependent on experience. This position also will include bonus opportunity.
We’re Looking For:
Denver branch AFC is seeking the need for an individual who possesses strong extroverted qualities, critical thinking skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to engage in meaningful conversations while maintaining confidence and professionalism. We are seeking a Relationship Associate with experience in building relationships, managing accounts, and working as part of a team to meet branch goals. You will be part of a small, local team responsible for providing financing (floorplanning) for independent auto dealers. You will be involved in driving a positive customer experience, managing risk, and identifying growth prospects. The ideal candidate will have two years in customer service/account management, one year in sales or sales support, and a keen eye for attention to detail.

You Will:
Manage, service and mitigate risk on customer accounts by utilizing applications such as Salesforce and Tableau.
Develop an understanding of customer needs by using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and work queues.
Identify and manage daily customer delinquencies.
Identify dealer needs to promote product solutions and campaigns.
Spend roughly 80% of your time on managing existing accounts and roughly 20% focused on new business development.
Must Have’s:
Two years customer service/account management experience
Strong extroverted personality with exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating an ability to engage in meaningful conversations and build rapport with diverse individuals
Critical thinking abilities, capable of analyzing complex situations, identifying patterns, and developing innovative solutions to drive business growth
Problem-solving mindset, with a track record of effectively resolving challenges and driving positive outcomes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, allowing for clear and persuasive communication with external customers
Proven ability to portray confidence and professionalism in various business settings, representing the company's interests and maintaining a positive brand image
A valid driver's license
Willingness to travel locally to support our customer base
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and stay organized
Nice to Have’s:
One year in sales or sales support
Previous auto industry experience
Experience with Google products and Salesforce
Experience with titles
