Posting TypeHybridJob OverviewThe Paralegal, Transactions and Corporate, works under steady direction of the Senior Managing Counsel for Commercial Transactions, and other senior team members for contract review and special projects (e.g., research and archiving contracts).Job ResponsibilitiesJob Description and Requirements• Reviewing NDAs, Orders, Training and Certification Agreements, and Amendments, and other ancillary Sales documents. This important role keeps our customers happy and revenues flowing!• Support the Legal team by taking on projects which require critical thinking and strong organizational skills and may range from contract review analysis, legal research, acquisitions due diligence, to legal analytics.• Become a hero to additional company departments by providing focused value adding comments, feedback and direction on important issues and questions.• –Support the Legal team by managing and maintaining our contract forms, including creation of new forms and involvement in variation to enhance efficiencies and management of template review meeting. The Legal Team loves process improvements!• Become an expert at processing and archiving contracts in Relativity's contract life-cycle management tool. Related tasks include documenting customer legal entity vitals and tracking in Relativity's customer relationship management tool.• Be a pinch hitter to help out as time permits and needs arise in supporting the Legal team with general legal work, which may include updating and correcting records and files, and review, assign and triage legal requests from company stakeholders.Minimum Qualifications• At least 2 years of high-quality relevant experience preferably in commercial transactions• Undergraduate degree or Paralegal degree or equivalent experience.• Demonstrated strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, agility, creativity, diligence, autonomous, and self-directed• Experience with business applications and software to include expertise with MS Office• Strong business acumen and keen to learn and understand software technology conceptsPreferred Qualifications• Experience with contract life-cycle management tools (e.g., Ironclad), customer relationship management tools (e.g., Salesforce), and contract signature tools (e.g., DocuSign).• Experience drafting and reviewing out-bound proprietary SaaS terms and conditions.• Public sector contracting knowledge and experience• Background in information technology, SaaS, or selling information technologyRelativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.The expected salary range for this role is between following values:$76,000 and $114,000The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
