Senior Strategic Partnerships Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic Strategic Partnerships Analyst to join our Technology Partner team. The primary objective of this role is to understand the legal technology landscape and identifying new opportunities for partnership. This will be achieved by activities such as conducting industry research, engaging in technology partner recruiting, partner development, and working with cross-functional teams to bring a partnership to market. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, business development acumen, and a keen understanding of the technology landscape. Success in this role is helping Relativity deliver outsized customer value via unique strategic partnerships. Proactive ownership and passion for finding unique “better together” opportunities with partners will be required to be successful. This role reports to Manager, Strategic Technology Partnerships.


Role Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging players and use cases within the Legal technology landscape, as well as understand our customers’ technology stacks across segments. 
  • Evaluate and vet potential partners, assessing their alignment with our strategic objectives, and customer needs. 
  • Create scalable processes to easily track and understand the entire Legal technology and data landscape, which can be leveraged across the organization. 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with smaller, emerging technology companies, providing support and guidance to foster their growth. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering, etc.) to assess and potentially integrate new partners into our ecosystem effectively. 
  • Manage prospective technology partner activities, including defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for each partner to inform partnership opportunities. 
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on potential opportunities and risks within the Legal technology and data landscape. 
  • Understand and share impact of industry trends, competitor activities, and Relativity’s roadmap in order to inform partnership strategies. 


Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or business development  
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. 
  • Creative analytical and problem-solving abilities. 


Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex ecosystems and technology landscapes (APIs, integrations, ISVs) 
  • Experience in SaaS, Legal Technology, or Financial Services/highly regulated industries is a plus. 


$92,000 - $124,000 a year
Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.  

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus target of 10%, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between $92,000 and $124,000. The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
