Relativity Space is looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to join their Machine Shop manufacturing team, responsible for developing a skilled team and improving manufacturing processes.

Develop strategic plan for team growth and staffing
Lead collaboration with Operations and Design Engineering teams
Plan and maintain manufacturing methods for products

Education

Bachelor's degree in STEM
Master's degree in aerospace, mechanical, or manufacturing (preferred)
